We want you to love your Thermomix. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, subject to our return conditions.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your account and select 'Return Item' to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Securely

  Place the device and all accessories in the original factory packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our technicians inspect the unit, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
